Born on 8th of January in Peine
Nicolas Görner completed his training as a chef from 2009 till 2012 at the Hotel Rodenbäck Neuharlingersiel. He gained his first professional experience as Commis de Cuisine at the Hotel Ratskeller in Salzgitter Bad were he was later promoted to the Chef de Party.
In 2014, he moved to the capital city Hanover in Lower Saxony to start his career in Kastens Hotel Luisenhof as a Gardemanger. In 2015 he was first promoted to the Demichef Chef Gardemanger and later on to the Chef de Partie Gardemanger. In the end of the year 2018 he was occupied as a Junior Souschef. Since September 2019 he is the Souschef in MARY´s Restaurant.
