Carsten Hohmann

Born 29 May 1969 in Hanover

Carsten Hohmann is a trained hotel specialist and since 1 February 2013, has been the Head Waiter at the Kastens Hotel Luisenhof. In his previous career, he worked in the areas of banquet, service and restaurant management. He also owned a cocktail bar and is a trained wine consultant.

With his training at Intercontinental Hanover (1989-1992), Mr. Hohmann worked in Hanover not only in the restaurant “Basil” and “Torres” but also at the restaurant “Sturmhaube” in Kampen on Sylt and “Ustria da Verguth” in Graubünden, Switzerland. He recently worked as a restaurant manager at the “Landhaus am See” in Garbsen.
