Jan Krüger was born on 23.04.1985 in Alfeld/Leine.
After graduation from school, Jan Krüger completed an apprenticeship as a chef at the Dorint Hotel Hannover. Following this, he began his training as a restaurant specialist. Over the following years, he gained experience as a Commis de Rang, until finally starting his career at Kastens Hotel Luisenhof in 2008.
Promotions followed, leading to positions as Demi Chef de Rang, Chef de Rang, and ultimately Banquet Manager by 2017. Since December 2023, Jan Krüger has held the position of Food & Beverage Manager.
Additionally, he is an internationally recognized wine and spirits consultant and a distinguished Quality Coach awarded by Service Qualität Niedersachsen.
