Nils Brinkmann

Born on 28 April 2003 in Hildesheim, Nils Brinkmann successfully completed his chef training at the age of just 18. He joined the team at Kastens Hotel Luisenhof in 2021, beginning his career as a Commis de Cuisine.

Today, he is Sous Chef at MARY’s Restaurant, bringing dedication, attention to detail and a passion for training young culinary talent. With his calm and encouraging approach, he inspires the next generation of chefs to pursue their own path in the culinary world.
