Our Head Waiters, Carsten Hohmann and Radovan Vukosavljev, along with their service team, will take care of you in a warm and professional fashion. With their varied experience, gained during their restaurant career, they can give you expert answers to all culinary-related questions. Enjoy our excellent cuisine under the supervision of the Kitchen Chef, Marcel Kroeger-Jannetti, who has mastered the entire craft of cooking. He is accompanied by our Sous Chef, Alexander Iovaldi, who ideally complements the kitchen team at the Luisenhof.
