Cook

During your training as Cook, you will prepare regional and international dishes and also learn their appropriate arrangements. Creating a food plan, purchasing ingredients as well as the art of preparing and storing will also be part of your responsibility.

You will also ensure that the dishes are finished on time and in the right order. In our restaurant, you will also be asked to advise our guests regarding their choice of food and drink. Finally, you will get an insight into the professional purchasing of goods in our magazine.

Restaurant Specialist

Restaurant Specialist

During your training as Restaurant Specialist, you will serve our guests at MARY’s Restaurant. You will not only learn the most important rules of Knigge, but also how to cover and decorate the tables. In our restaurant, you will welcome our guests, give them your food and drink recommendations as well as take their orders.

You will also serve the meals and drinks and learn how to process the bills as well as handle the cash register. In the banquet department, you will assist in organizing conferences and events and will also be actively involved in housekeeping.
